We provide rigorous evaluation services to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of programmes and Policies. Using mixed methods and evidence-based analysis, we measure outcomes, identify lessons learned, and offer actionable recommendations to strengthen programmes, inform decision-making, and enhance sustainable performance for stakeholders across sectors. Conduct baseline studies to establish benchmarks and assess pre-project conditions, enabling us to measure progress and impact on target beneficiaries.
Conduct mid-term evaluations to assess project relevance, track progress toward objectives, and inform necessary adjustments to improve impact.
We conduct end-of-project evaluations to assess outcomes, effectiveness, and lessons learned to inform future programs.
We assess the impact (positive and negative) of projects resulting from a long-term effects of development interventions. We apply rigorous impact evaluations technique such as RCTs (experimental and quasi-experimental designs), and mixed method approaches to measure the impact of these interventions. We also provide qualitative and quantitative evaluations using the OECD-DAC criteria to measure the impact of policies, programs, and projects.
